Situated on a large, wooded lot that provides privacy and plenty of shade, the house is beautifully furnished with paintings, serigraphs and sculptures, and contains all the amenities for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Do everything or nothing at all.

The spacious two-story living room has comfortable sofas and chairs to curl up with a good book or listen to the stereo. The bookshelves contain plenty of summer reading, action videos, and music CDs for all tastes. The satellite TV offers Disney for the kids, CNN for world news, and plenty of movie channels. And if the evening is chilly, the fireplace will warm up the house at the flick of a switch

The master bedroom features a skylight for starry nights, and a high ceiling fan that keeps the air circulating on even the warmest days. The master bath also has a small skylight, and the adjacent sitting room loft overlooks the living room.

The dining room seats six comfortably. If you invite company, there is a center leaf section for the table that expands to seat eight. Grill on the deck or boil lobsters in the kitchen. Everything you need is there.
